Author’s Notes: this is a collab fic between ayakanishi and swimmer_chen
Summary: JUMP the most popular boy band in japan and probably even in the whole world. Girls all over the world are dying to see, touch and talk to them. Suddenly the group decided to search for the girl that they will love, but how will they find them?
Taiyou stared at Shinju’s phone with Aya on it, his first love and best friend. He was so shocked he didn’t realize Shinju’s eyes were fixed on him. His already-broken heart was torn even more as the image of his first love on the phone flashes in his mind. Shinju, already feeling his sadness, wrapped her arm around his waist and rested her head on his side. She looked up when she felt a drop of water on her head. He, the six-foot boy, was crying. Shinju led him over to a nearby bench slowly.
“It hurts to see this” Taiyou whimpered, his broken heart not at all mending from Shinju’s attempted comfort.
Shinju kissed Taiyou on the cheek, “Daijoubu, Taiyou-kun, you’ve got me” She tightened her grasp on the warm body of the person she loves.
“Sawada, can you stay here with me for awhile? I really need someone to be with me for now” Taiyou asked
Shinju smiled at Taiyou’s request, “Of course I will. I’ll always be with you. Even if you don’t ask me, I’ll always be by your side, imakara mo zuuuutto”
By my side? Always by my side? Even if I don’t ask?” Taiyou thought
Taiyou stopped sniffing for a second and looked at the girl who smilingly continued to rest her head on his arm. “Are you…stalking me?” Taiyou frowned.
“Not stalking, dearest, only watching over my man” Shinju looked up again and smiled, hoping Taiyou would forget about Aya. However, Aya doesn’t seem to disappear from Taiyou’s mind that easily.
“Ne, can I ask you something?” By this time, Taiyou had already calmed down quite a bit, “why are you so mean to Aya-chan?”
Shinju looked up at Taiyou without letting go, “Because I love you; that girl has no right to make you so sad, she loves Jin anyway”
With that statement said, Taiyou half-cried, half-talked, “So you are the one stalking me!” He had a sudden flashback of the picture on the cell phone, making him cry even harder.
Shinju laughed, “I told you, I’m just watching over your happiness” She hugged him even tighter, “I won’t make you disappointed” When Taiyou didn’t calm down, Shinju patted him on the back, “there now, let it all out. There’s no rush”
Taiyou smiled, “Arigatou”
“Taiyou-kun, please forget about her and be with me! I’ll make you happy, I promise!”
“Gomen, I….can’t, I…I love her so much…since we were kids…she’s the only one that I loved…”
“But she’s hurting you”
Taiyou shook his head, “She may be hurting me now, but she’s also my happiness”
“Taiyou…” Shinju looked at him with tears in her eyes, “What did she do to make you love her like this? She has never done anything for you”
“She did lots for me; after all, she is my best friend”
“But still…even if she makes you happy occasionally, you should let go of something that’s hurting you…and that’s her right now”
“My love for her is hurting you as well, right? So why don’t you let go of your love for me as well?”
Shinju was speechless, making Taiyou continue, “See? We’re the same…we both love the one who we can’t get”
Then Shinju stood up, “I’ll make you love me, I’ll promise you that!” and left.
At the same time, Taiyou spotted Reon and Rhea together at the ice cream store from across the street, laughing and talking. Taiyou crossed the street and into the shop where Reon and Rhea are, “Anou… is there something going on between you two?”
Reon and Rhea looked at each other, then said in unison, “Hai, demo please don’t tell anyone”
Taiyou smiled, “Your secret’s safe with me”
“Taiyou-kun, I was just telling Reon-kun that I got accepted to section A!”
Taiyou’s face lit up despite being depressed minutes earlier, “Ah, hontou?! Omedetou, Rhea-chan I’m so proud of you!”
Rhea looked at Reon and said, “demo… I’m declining”
Stunned, Taiyou asked why. Rhea turned her attention to Taiyou.
“Because I want to be in the same class as Reon-kun” Rhea turned to look at Reon again and they smiled at each other. Reon blushed and looked down. Rhea saw a bit of ice cream on his mouth and wiped it off with a napkin, resisting a huge temptation to hug and kiss him incessantly.
Taiyou laughed, “Ah, sokka. Jyaa, let’s go back before anyone starts worrying. I’ll accompany you guys so it doesn’t seem suspicious”
“Arigatou”
Meanwhile, at the Yamashitas. Aya helped Sayuri to sit in her bed. She stuck a pillow behind Sayuri to cushion her back, “There, want anything else?”
Sayuri smiled, “nan demo nai, arigatou”
“Sayu-chan… can I tell you something? …Something that you must not tell anyone?”
“Un, nani?”
“I got together with Jin” Aya smiled really big at the memory of their kiss earlier today.
“Hontou?” And added after she noticed Aya’s really big nod, “Omedetou! I’m guessing you’re really happy” and laughed.
“Un, I am…demo…” Aya looked down
“Demo?” Sayuri wondered aloud; she knew that underneat Aya’s smile, there was a concern.
“I…I just thought I might hurt him” Aya looked back at Sayuri, “I mean…yeah I like him, but…it’s just ‘like’ and nothing more, but I’m happy to know his feelings for me”
Sayuri smiled faintly, “Ah, wakatta. You’re afraid your love for Chinen surpasses Jin and you’re afraid to make the commitment”
Aya nodded, “I agreed to this relationship half-heartedly and…knowing Jin, I know that he’ll get hurt badly once he knows that my heart is torn between the two”
“Dou suru?”
“I’m planning to forget Chinen”
“WHAT?!” Sayuri’s eyes widened, and she regained a bit more energy, Aya forgetting about Chinen? How is that possible?
As if reading her mind, Aya continued, “I have to forget about him…or else…I’ll end up hurting Jin and I don’t want that”
Sayuri took a deep breath and sighed, “I agree. He was a playboy and there’s one thing I’m sure about playboys. Once they truly love someone, they become serious about the girl. You’re lucky that you’re that girl to Jin”
“I know, and if I ever break his heart…he will break apart really badly”
“Demo saa….” Sayuri stopped talking, which made Aya really nervous. Her eyelids drooped so that only half of her big eyes were shown. She relaxed everything as if she were dead. The only difference was that her temperature did not go down.
“Sayu-chan, daijoubu? Do you want me to call someone?”
“…Iya, I’m just tired a lot after I had my accident. They injected like 10 million drugs into my body for pain relieving purposes, but it makes me so tired”
The next day at school, Sayuri just woke up from her nap during class when she heard the shuffling of feet off to lunch. Her uninjured arm was the cushion for her forehead, and her injured arm was dangling off the side of her desk. Shoon went to their cubbies located at the back of the room to grab their bento while Taiyou scooted his and Shoon’s chairs and desks to join with Sayuri’s. When that happened, Seru, Gisselle, Izu, Mai, Aya, Rui, Hikari, and even Aimi came into the classroom. Recently, Aimi’s been coming into Sayuri’s classroom to eat lunch, since it’s closer to where she normally eats lunch.
Sayuri excused herself to go to the bathroom and wash her face. Being back and awake from her nap, Sayuri noticed that two people are not in the classroom like they used to. The first is Reon, and the second is Rhea. She stuffed another mouthful of rice into her mouth and nodded when Aimi asked if she has any plans tonight. Although she’s especially quiet when she’s eating, Sayuri is even more so today. Because everyone’s absorbed in their own little conversation, only one person seemed to notice Sayuri’s unusual silence.
Aya, sitting next to Sayuri, saw that everyone but she had been talking. Aya asked Sayuri what’s wrong, but Sayuri said nothing. Aya grabbed Sayuri’s arm, which made the girl look at her.
“Sayu-chan, doushitano?” Aya looked worriedly.
“Betsuni” Sayuri went back into her world of worries again.
Aya tightened her grasp on Sayuri, “No, Sayuri, I know something’s wrong. Would you mind telling me?”
A pause, then Sayuri’s voice, “How can I say? Those who are absent do not talk”
Aya loosened her grasp, Eh? What does that mean? she thought. She looked around the table and noticed that Reon and Rhea aren’t there, knowing that that was what Sayuri was worried about.
Sayuri excused herself to the bathroom, as she had already finished eating. Before she left Shoon worriedly sent Aya over to help her. However, Aya only grabbed onto the handles of Sayuri’s wheelchair so that Sayuri wouldn’t know Aya was there. When they left Shoon’s sight, Aya let go and slowly walked behind Sayuri, but fastened her pace when they diverged.
Sayuri goes to the bathroom and sees a familiar person walking from the opposite direction, “Reon, what are you doing here? Why didn’t you eat lunch in our classroom?”
“Ah, gomen. I had something to do”
“Sokka…then come eat tomorrow, ne” She earned a nod from Reon and separated.
Reon looked back at his sister, struggling to wheel herself to the girls bathroom, “Saya-nee, do you need help?”
Sayuri shook her head, “Iya, I’ve got it”
Meanwhile Aya went to the 2-B classroom and finds Rhea there. Rhea saw her and they both waved, “Rhea-chan, why aren’t you and Reon-kun eating with us?”
“Ah, I wanna spend some quality time with him, ii?”
“Ah, you didn’t get in?”
“Eh, get in where?”
“Section 2-A, my class”
Silence. Aya thought it was weird Rhea was so quiet, so she asked again, “Did you get into 2-A, my class?”
“Hai, demo…”
Aya waited patiently for an answer, “Demo…?”
“I declined”
Aya was shocked, “WHY DID YOU DECLINE? Rhea-chan, it’s my class that you’ve gotten into, what more could you want?”
“I wanna be in the same class as Reon-kun”
“Eh? What about me? You’ve known me longer, although it’s only online”
“Aya-chan, I love Reon-kun, I wanna be in the same class as him”
“Reon-kun?”
Rhea nodded.
“Alright, thanks for letting me know”
Walking back to the 3-A classroom, Aya noticed Sayuri didn’t go back in. She had her wheelchair facing the hallway, and she herself was sitting on the windowsill with her legs dangling down.
Aya walked up to Sayuri, “Sayu-chan..? Daijoubu?”
“Reon doesn’t wanna eat in our class anymore”
“Eh?”
“Reon… he said he had something to do in class today…”
Aya laughed, “So that’s good, he’ll join us tomorrow!”
“Iya, I don’t think he will. I could see it”
“Eh?”
“I could see that he doesn’t wanna join us during lunch anymore. It’s more than that he had to do something in class”
Aya debated whether to tell Sayuri or not, I could tell her, but I’m pretty sure she’d be even sadder, since she’ll know for a fact that she’ll lose Reon and Rhea at lunch. Or, I could be wrong and she could be happy about their relationship. Then again, I could always not tell her, but then she would be troubled all the time. As Aya was debating, Sayuri helped herself back into her wheelchair and was about to wheel herself back into the classroom.
Before she could do so, Aya called her name. Sayuri turned around, “Nani?”
Shoon heard their voices and came to the doorway to welcome them back into the classroom, but stopped when he saw the scene.

hmm and I dont see why Sayuri would dislike the fact that Rhea and Reon are going out. It would be selfish if she disagreed with it. I mean she should be happy for her brother and friends happiness right?
Its like my sister. She has her bf and she goes and eats with him during lunch and I really dont care xD!
